How to Boot your Samsung Galaxy A50 in Safe mode

If you are a Samsung Galaxy A50 owner, it's not far that your device will experience different types of software-related issues. Although software-related issues are just minor problem, but as a user as well I know how annoying it is if your device is not running smoothly.

So, in this article, I will teach you how to boot your Samsung Galaxy A50 in safe mode. This is one of the troubleshooting procedures that you can do if your phone is acting weird especially after installing an app from Play Store. But take note, doing this procedure will not resolve the issue, instead it will just give you a hint if there's a third party app is causing the problem. Here's how to boot in Safe mode:

  1. Turn the device off.
  2. Press and hold the Power keys past the screen with the device name.
  3. When 'SAMSUNG' appears on the screen, release the Power key.
  4. Immediately after releasing the Power key, Press and hold the Volume Down key.
  5. Continue to hold the Volume Down key until the device finishes restarting.
  6. Safe mode will display in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  7. Release the Volume Down key when you see 'Safe Mode.'

While in this mode, all third-party apps will be disabled temporarily from the system and only the pre-installed ones left running. So, if the device is running normally while in safe mode, then, there's a big chance that one of your third-party apps triggered the problem. You can uninstall each one of the suspected app until the issue is fixed.
