- Turn off your Cherry Mobile HD Flare 4.
- Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds.
- When the Cherry Mobile logo appears on the screen, press the Power button to enter to the Recovery mode.
- Press the Volume Down or Up to highlight "wipe data/factory reset".
- Press the Power button to confirm it.
- Now, select "Yes-delete all user data", by using the Volume Down button.
- Press the Power button to select it.
- To restart your device highlight "Reboot system now".
- Now, wait for a minute to complete the reset.
