How to Hard Reset your Cherry Mobile HD Flare 4


Like what we've always saying no matter how sophisticated your smartphone is, there is still  a possibility that will experience different types of software-related issues every now and then. As a matter of fact, software-related issues have lots of factors to consider why it is happening. It could be a ruined system cache and data or the software itself have major problem. If this is the case, the best thing that you can do is to perform some troubleshooting procedures on your phone and observe if the issue is resolved.

However, if all procedures you performed failed to resolve the issue, then, the best thing that you can do is to reset your Cherry Mobile HD Flare 4. But remember, doing a reset on your device will delete all your files and data including your contacts, music and photos. So, before you follow the steps listed below be sure to create first a backup so that you can easily restore it once the issue is fixed. That being said, just follow these steps:

Here's how:


  • Turn off your Cherry Mobile HD Flare 4.
  • Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds.
  • When the Cherry Mobile logo appears on the screen, press the Power button to enter to the Recovery mode.
  • Press the Volume Down or Up to highlight "wipe data/factory reset".
  • Press the Power button to confirm it.
  • Now, select "Yes-delete all user data", by using the Volume Down button.
  • Press the Power button to select it.
  • To restart your device highlight "Reboot system now".
  • Now, wait for a minute to complete the reset.
