Quick fix on Samsung Galaxy S3 Malfunctioning App
Hello readers! Welcome to another guide, wherein we have to discuss another issue sent to us by one of the Galaxy S3 users complaining about the app that keeps malfunctioning every now and then. When it comes to app-related issue there are number of possibilities to consider that problems like this is happening. It could be the app is outdated or the firmware itself needs to be updated so that the applications you downloaded could run properly once it is loaded to the system. That being said, here are the steps that you should do:

This is a basic method wherein it discharges all static electricity stored in the hardware components and refreshes the core system of the device. So, if a glitch in the system is causing it, then, through this step it will be fixed without bringing your phone to the tech. Follow these steps:

Now, after clearing the cache and data of the app try to see if the issue is still happening. If so, then, move to the next method.

Step 3: Uninstall and Re-install the problematic App
Although there is no assurance if the issue will be fixed after you do this method but there were reports from other users saying that after doing it their app is already functioning normally. We would like you to uninstall and re-install it to be sure you have the app is compatible and could run perfectly to the system.

Here's how to Uninstall the App

  7. Now, reboot your phone.
After you do so, observe closely if the issue still happening. If it is, then, your phone might experiencing serious firmware issue. Proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Reset your phone
Since, all methods is not helping the issue the last option that you can do is to perform reset on your phone.
