Quick fix on Galaxy S4 Camera is not working

- Press the Power button to select the option.
- The phone will automatically restart once cache and data are wiped out.
Step 3: Perform reset on your Galaxy S4
If deleting the system caches won't help the issue on your phone, the next procedure that you should do is to reset your phone. All your files and data saved in the internal storage will be deleted, so, before you have to follow the steps be sure to create first a backup so that you can easily restore it if the issue is fixed. Here's how:
- Turn off the device completely.
- Press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons at the same time.
- When the phone vibrates, release the Power button but continue to press and hold the Volume Up and Home buttons.
- When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home buttons.
- Press the Volume Down button to highlight 'wipe data/ factory reset.'
- Press the Power button to select it.
- Press the Volume Down button until 'delete all user data is highlighted.'
- Press the Power button to select and start the Master reset.
- When the master reset is complete, 'Reboot System now' is highlighted.
- Press the Power button to restart the device.
