Step 1: Try Wiping the System Cache Partition
If you haven't tried deleting the system cache partition of your Note 4, then this would be the perfect time that you should do it. Don't you worry, this procedure is safe and all your important files saved on your phone will remain intact. This is how to wipe the cache partition:

• Turn off the Galaxy Note 4 completely.
• Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time: Volume Up, Home and Power buttons.
• When the Note 4 vibrates, release both the Home and Power buttons but continue to press and hold the Volume Up button.
• When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up button.
• Using the Volume Down button, highlight 'wipe cache partition' and press the Power button to confirm it.
• When wiping the cache partition is finished, highlight 'Reboot System now' and hit the Power button.

Step 2: Perform Master reset
