Quick fix on Galaxy Note 4 Frozen issue
Frozen issue is one of the most common problem that android users were complaining about for the past several years. So, in this article. I'll discuss this issue to provide fixes and ideas on how to deal this problem to those Galaxy Note 4 users whose experiencing this type of issue with their device. But since, we are not sure why this is happening all we need to do is to determine first all possible causes and formulate a solution and resolve the issue. That being said, here are the steps that you should perform:

Step 1: Do a Soft Reset
This procedure is very effective especially if your phone is experiencing a glitch in the system. Don't you worry, this method is safe and it won't damage your device. This will refresh phone's memory as well as all the services on your phone that's responsible to make it run smoothly. Here's how:

• Remove the battery cover from your Galaxy Note 4.
• Press and hold the Power key for about 20 seconds after the battery is removed.
• Place the battery back after it.
• Attempt to turn on your phone.

If the issue persist after the method, proceed to the next method.

Step 2: Attempt to Wipe the System Cache Partition

More often than not, frozen issue could also happen if the phone's files and data are corrupted or obsolete wherein it could no longer be recognized once it is loaded to the firmware. So, through wiping the cache partition all files stored in the directory will be replaced by brand new ones and to be sure that would run smoothly the next time that the system will use it. 

• Turn off the Galaxy Note 4 completely.
• Press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons at the same time.
• When the Note 4 vibrates, release both the Home and Power buttons but continue to press and hold the Volume Up button.
• When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up button.
• Using the Volume Down button, highlight 'wipe cache partition' and press the Power button to select it.
• When the wiping of the cache partition is finished, highlight 'Reboot System Now' and hit the Power button.

After you do so, observe closely if your phone still freeze, if so, then, move over to the next method.

Step 3: Master Reset your Galaxy Note 4

Since, the first and second method is not helping the issue on your phone, so, the last option that you should do is to do a master reset. Through this procedure, all bugs and culprit that might causing the issue will be removed as will as all your saved files and data saved in the internal storage. So, before you follow the steps, we suggest you to create first a backup so that you can restore easily if the issue is resolve. 

• Turn off the Galaxy Note 4 completely.
• Press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons at the same time.
• When the Note 4 vibrates, release both the Home and Power buttons but continue to press and hold the Volume Up button.
• When the Android System Recovery screen appears on the screen, release the Volume Up key.
• Using the Volume Down button, highlight 'wipe data / factory reset' and press the Power key to select it.
• Now, highlight 'Yes -delete all user data' using the Volume Down button and press the Power button to begin the reset.
• When the master reset is complete, highlight 'Reboot System Now' and hit the Power key.
• The Note 4 will restart but it will be longer than usual. When it reaches the Home screen, then begin your setup.
