Step 1: Reset your Gallery app

- From the Home screen, tap Apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap More.
- Tap Application manager.
- Swipe left and find ALL tab.
- Scroll to and tap Gallery.
- Tap Clear Cache.
- Tap Clear Data.
- Tap OK.
After resetting it open again your app and observe if the error message still appears. If so, proceed to the next method.
Step 2: Reset your phone
In this method, all bugs any culprit that creates conflict to the system and triggered the issue will be removed from the system. Meaning, the device will be back to its original form and all files and data in the internal storage will be deleted including your contacts, photos, videos and music.
