Quick Fix on Galaxy S4 Blurry Camera Issue

According to some reports that their phone's camera will blur if they have to zoom it in and they don't have any idea how get rid of it. So, this time, we will consider all factors that triggers the issue so that we can determine the problem and fix it.
Step 1: Clean the Camera Lens
You can wipe the camera of your phone using a piece of clean cloth to be sure that all dirt will be removed from it's lens. After you do so, use again your camera and observe if the issue still happening. If it continues, then, corrupt caches might caused it, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Wipe the System Cache Partition
If the cache and data in the directory were corrupted it may cause different types of performance-related issues just like what is happening now. Through wiping the system cache partition all files and data in the partition will be deleted and newer caches will be created. Here's how:

- When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home buttons.
- Using the Volume Down button highlight 'wipe cache partition' and press the Power button to select it.
- The phone will automatically restarts once wiping is finished.
After the procedure use again your camera and see if the camera still blurs. If the issue is not happening, then, obviously corrupted cache and data caused it. However, if it functions abnormally after the method there is a chance that your phone is experiencing serious firmware problem.
Step 3: Master Reset
If your phone has serious firmware issue, then this procedure might help you for this step is more effective compared to the previous methods you performed on your device. But the downside is, your files and data saved in the internal storage will be deleted. So, prior the reset we suggest you to create first a backup by transferring all of it to your SD card or Personal computer.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons at the same time.
- When the phone vibrates, release the Power button but continue to press and hold the Volume Up and Home buttons.
- When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home buttons.
- Using the Volume Down key, highlight 'wipe data/factory reset.
- Press the Power button to select it.
- Using the Volume Down button again, highlight 'delete all user data.'
- Press the Power key to select it.
- Once the reset is complete, choose 'Reboot System Now.'
- Press the Power button restart the device.
When reset is complete and your phone is ready try to use again your camera and see if the issue is fixed. If master reset is not helping, then bring your phone to the tech for your phone has hardware issue.
