Step 1: Try booting in Safe Mode

1. Turn off the device completely.

5. Continue to hold the Volume Down key until the device finishes restarting.

Step 2: Wipe the System Cache Partition

4. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home buttons.
5. Press the Volume Down key to highlight 'wipe cache partition'.
6. Press the Power key to select.
7. When the wipe cache partition is complete, 'Reboot System now' is highlighted.
8. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Step 3: Bring your phone back to its Factory default

Remember, this method should be performed on your phone if the 1st and 2nd procedure is not helping issue. This will delete all your saved files and data on your phone, meaning, the firmware will be back to its original form. But before you do so, be sure to create first a backup in all your files and data by transferring it to your SD card or Personal computer.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the following three buttons the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons.
3. When the phone vibrates, release the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up and Home buttons.
4. When the Android System recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home buttons.
5. Press the Volume Down key several times to highlight 'wipe data/ factory reset.'
6. Press Power button to select it.
7. Press the Volume Down key to until 'Yes-delete all user data' is highlighted.
8. Press Power button to select and start the master reset.
9. When the master reset is complete, 'Reboot System now' is highlighted.
10. Press the Power key to restart the device.
