Step 1: Boot your phone in Safe Mode

- Turn the phone off completely.
- Press and hold the Power key and the Volume Down key.

Step 2: Perform Master reset
If your phone haven't been dropped or experienced any liquid damaged previously, then, the firmware might have a serious problem. So, in this step, what we gonna do is to bring back the device to its original form by deleting all files and data saved in the internal storage. So, before you proceed to the steps be sure to create first a backup so that you can restore it easily if the problem is fixed.
- Turn off the Galaxy Note 4.
- Press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons together.
- When the Note 4 vibrates, release both the Home and Power keys but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key.
- When the Android System Recovery shows on the screen, release the Volume Up key.
- Using the Volume Down key, highlight 'wipe data/ factory reset.' and press the Power key to select it.
- Now, highlight 'Yes- delete all user data' using the Volume Down key and press the Power key to begin the reset.
- When the master reset is complete, highlight 'Reboot system now' and hit the Power key.
- The Note 4 will restart but it will be longer than usual. When it reaches the Home screen, then begin your setup.
After you do the reset, use your phone again while it is connected to the charger. If the issue is not happening, then, it could be a serious firmware caused it. However, if the performance is still the same, then, we suggest you to bring your phone to the nearest shop in your area and let the tech check it for you.
