Many Galaxy S3 owners reported that after they updated their phone to Android 4.3, they can no longer access the clipboard because either it's going to crash or it will trigger a reboot, or both. The latter is rampant, although there were also who reported having to experience freezes before the actual reboot caused by the Clipboard.
I already published a fix for Galaxy S3 keyboard lags and freezes but this issue wasn't included simply because it occurs only when a certain service is called by the stock keyboard. Moreover this problem occurs when a user tries to paste something out of the clipboard. If you have an S3 and you updated it to Android 4.3, you should try to access the clipboard to see if you too have a problem like this. Here's how you access it:

Moreover this problem occurs when a user tries to paste something out of the clipboard. If you have an S3 and you updated it to Android 4.3, you should try to access the clipboard to see if you too have a problem like this. Here's how you access it:
- Launch an application that allow you to paste a text like Messaging.
- Enter random texts or letters on the field.
- Now tap and hold the button directly to the left of the spacebar.
- Touch the clipboard icon. (It literally looks like a real-life clipboard.)
- At this point, you may encounter the problem that might lead to system reboot.
- Otherwise, continue pasting texts just to make sure your phone doesn't have glitches.
- Pull the Notification Bar down and tap the Settings icon.
- Touch More tab, and then the Application Manager.
- Swipe twice to the left to display the All tab.
- Scroll to and tap TestService.
- Now, tap the Force Stop button.
- Reboot your phone.
