- Tap on the Settings icon (cogwheel) on the upper right corner.
- Touch the More tab.
- Tap on the Application Manager.
- Swipe left twice to display contents of the All tab.
- Scroll to and tap Play Store.
- Tap Force Stop button.
- Tap Clear Cache button.
- Tap Clear Data button, and then OK.
- Pull the Notification Bar down.
- Tap on the Settings icon (cogwheel) on the upper right corner.
- Touch the More tab.
- Tap on the Application Manager.
- Swipe left twice to display contents of the All tab.
- Tap the Menu key.
- Touch Reset app preferences.
- Tap Reset apps.
- Disabled apps
- Disabled app notifications
- Default applications for actions
- Background data restrictions for apps
